Colored Pencil/Mixed Media Artist
I am a traditional style mixed media artist who uses colored pencil with turpenoid and other media. I have my own business, Chick Artistic Creations and I teach art classes in my home.

I believe that animals and nature have the power to touch and renew the human spirit in profound ways and I want my art to reflect this. When I use turpenoid with the colored pencil, it breaks down the waxy base and it looks more like watercolor or oil. You can really do a lot more with colored pencil than most people realize.

In late summer of 2007 I had the honor or having my portrait of Princess Diana published in a coffee table book, "Diana in Art" which can ordered at any book store and can be purchased at Boise Book & Gift or Rediscovered Book Store. contact
