African Djembe - Hand Drumming
All ages and special needs students.

I address the world through drumming, by using my hands, I beat the drum and express my experiences showing the different tones one could achieve from the Djembe drum. The different styles of African rhythm are cultural and part of my African heritage.

Muntaga Bah (Taga) I am usually lost in my own world when drumming. Though everyone is creative, students need to be taught the necessary skills needed by structuring their skills. I am challenged by the hand drum requiring skill, timing, and spontaneity. So I bring my art and culture to the students by showing them how the Africans entertain with the Djembe drum. I am available as resource, artist, teacher, and expert, encouraging and sharing my art.
